Burned a TON of calories with my lake run! I ate more calories so my deficit would not be too much. I do not want to risk under-feeding myself while doing these long run Saturdays.

You might notice that my goal numbers have changed up a bit. This is because I am right about at goal weight, and with the running that is being done, I can afford to eat a little more. As the big mileage comes around, I will be adding on more calories. I will still monitor my caloric burn, to make sure I don’t gain weight.
